General Koi Purchasing Terms & Conditions

All Koi undergo our strict 6 – 8 week double heat ramp quarantine procedure.
Koi under £500 must be paid for in full, over £500 then you may leave a 50% deposit.
Balance payable upon collection of said koi. 1st November to 31st March – From the date of purchase, your Koi can stay at Niwa Nishikigoi Ltd, until April 1st.
After the 1st of April the koi must be collected or a fee may be incurred. We will not be responsible for the quality decline of the koi under our care. Just as we will not charge more if the quality improves under our care. So please make sure you are happy with it on purchase.
Your statutory rights are not affected. If death does occur under our care, we will issue a shop credit. Genders are not guaranteed (unless specified i.e. Female guarantee). If a Female guarantee Koi is later to be found out male, you will receive shop credit and get to keep the male koi! Due to biosecurity, under no circumstances can Koi be returned.
