Koi Return / Refund Policy

Once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for it thereafter. Koi cannot be returned to Niwa Nishikigoi due to our strict Bio-Secure premises. However, we will work with you to help and understand the issue and find a resolution. In the unfortunate circumstance of death, again, we will work with you to find a solution. ​
